The decision to build a strategy was a significant step in the company’s development. The management team actively participated in four strategy sessions facilitated by Aistii consultant Pasi Papunen. “The sessions were intense and inspiring, and the individual meetings formed a cohesive process. We were professionally guided, and many concrete insights emerged—leading to a clear, shared vision of our future direction and goals. Now we know where to focus our efforts,” Eskelinen describes enthusiastically.
With the strategy process completed, the company is now turning its focus to implementation. At the core of this next phase are leadership trainings and coaching sessions organized by Aistii. During the program, each participant will begin working on development initiatives defined in the strategy.
“We want to ensure that leadership supports our strategic goals and priorities. In addition, we will host a company-wide event where we explore together how the strategy can be applied in everyone’s day-to-day work. This way, the strategy becomes a living part of our everyday operations instead of remaining on paper.
